Maria Riccitelli got her Personal Training Certification through WITS early in 2013. She's not only a fitness enthusiast, but loves to motivate others and educate them as well. She believes that exercise is a great stress reliever and is necessary to not only keep in shape, stay flexible and maintain healthy body weight, but to keep a clear mind as well. She loves to help others and also brings an element of fun into her training style.
